One of the oft-mentioned complaints of recent times is the lack of reply from the WSRA management (that is the trustees and managers) to queries from the membership.

Well, there are encouraging signs of improvements as several members have recently received an email from the WSRA Chairman. OK, it seems each email says the same thing and may not directly answer the specific query. But quite a few queries will be similar and, in that case, a generic reply seems reasonable.

The lack of a truly personal reply might not satisfy some. But it is a start. Let’s hope it continues and improves.
