The WSRA Chairman’s statement contains a few errors.

We are sure we can overlook the term “emergency” when “extraordinary” is more commonly used to describe a general meeting of this type.

However, the same paragraph states that the Reform Group want three of the Trustees removed and replaced by certain key members of their group. As you can see from the resolutions the Chairman is quite wrong to suggest the membership vote on a kind of “swop”.

There is nothing whatsoever in the resolutions about replacements. Members might consider why the Chairman is telling them otherwise.

Just to remind folks – all we are doing here is jotting down some comments about the EGM statements by the WSRA and the Reform Group and suggesting a few things for members to consider before voting.
